Pro Bono Design Agreement

Parties:
This Agreement is between Abby Lynn Designs (“Designer”) and Paws It Forward (“Client”).

Purpose:
The Designer is offering pro bono (no-cost) design services to the Client in support of their non-profit work.

1. Scope of Work

The Designer agrees to provide the following services:

• Brand identity refresh (logo, fonts, colours, brand guidelines).

• Website updates and redesign.

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.

Any additional services outside of this scope (such as ongoing social media management, extra revisions, or future marketing campaigns) will require a separate agreement.

2. Timeline

• Project start date: After the signing of both parties’ contracts.

• Estimated completion date: November 2024 (this is just an estimate).

• Client agrees to provide feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner to meet the timeline.

2. Ownership & Usage

• Upon project completion and full delivery, the Client will own the final approved brand assets and website design.

• The Designer retains the right to showcase the project work in their professional portfolio, website, and social media.

3. Compensation

• These services are provided free of charge as a donation to the Client.

• No monetary payment is required.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If terminated, the Designer will provide the Client with any completed work up to the termination date.
